• The B & B "The rooms of Sara" is completely "NO SMOKING AREA". Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and public areas.
• The price per room, include Italian breakfast and daily cleaning.
• Included in the price are the use of towels and bed linen, the hairdryer, the DSL line and use of the kitchen.
• Upon request custom packages and special offers for long stays.
• For stays of 7 nights and get a discount of 10% (excluding high season).
• For children aged 0-5 years stay in an extra bed and breakfast are free of charge.
• Possibility of adding a single bed in the room (€ 18.00)
• Booking a stay at our bed and breakfast you can dine at the garage open a few meters from the B & B (€ 15 per day)

IMPORTANT, once the reservation is made, in order to provide the utmost hospitality: We invite you to agree on at least two days before the estimated time of arrival.

Regulations

Recall that to lock the reservation beyond that:

• fill in every section of the form (on our website) or after your telephone contact is essential to anticipate:
• the entire amount (1 night)
• 50% 2 nights
• 30% from 3 nights or more

The advance payment can be made through

• VISA / MASTERCARD / CARTASI: releasing telephone, fax, or if you prefer the website with confidence the details of your credit card and as per contract agreements hoteliers, we'll provide the charge of 'amount agreed with you issuing a receipt that we will send you by fax together with the Booking Confirmation Voucher
• bank transfer: You will need to send to our fax number +39.06.5806955 within 24 hours of your booking request a copy of the transfer receipt
• Paypal

IN ALL CASES (AS A RESULT OF PAYMENT OF AGREED) WE WILL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION EMAIL VOUCHER BOOKING WITH ALL THE DETAILS OF RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE SAME.

The balance: It should be made upon arrival at the keys. In cash or by credit card, checks are not accepted. Please note that in case of cancellation or change in the absence of the reservation made by phone, email or by fax to 065806955 the total will remain unchanged but will receive a discount coupon for the next reservation to be made within 12 months Current Year and from a minimum of 3 nights

The validity of the confirmed reservation by e-mail or fax is subject to the following terms of the contract:

• You can not receive visits
• Check-in: you are invited to communicate by phone in advance of their estimated time of arrival
• After 21:00 the booking shall be deemed canceled
• Is required upon arrival: the recording of personal data for the delivery of the keys, the balance plus a security deposit of € 1000.00 per room will be returned the day of departure of any fees deducted, provided that any damage in excess for amounts in excess shall be borne by the residents and must be paid before leaving the B & B
• Check-out: before 10:30 am
• Departures after 10:30 am but no later than 15:00 are to be agreed in advance (Late Check-Out)
• Booking online authorize us to process your personal data (Legislative Decree ART.13 OF 196/2003)
• The balance + any deposit (at our discretion) deposit of € 100.00 and the fee of Living "Roma Capitale" of € 2.00 per person per night must be made on arrival at the keys in Cash, bank or by credit card Visa / Mastercard / Carta Si, checks are not accepted
